Background: Eleos Health is a CareOps automation service, consolidating everything from progress notes all the way to session intelligence so clinicians are freed from time-consuming operational burdens.

The Challenge: Eleos approached us when they required support on the back-end of their infrastructure and overarching business solutions.

Our Solution: With an understanding that our team had difficult deadlines, they consulted closely with Eleos and immediately began implementing a scalable generic solution in order to integrate it into various sectors.

Technology: Our team used a variety of softwares, including Python and Bash, in order to support different video platforms (Zoom, Google Meet etc.) for Eleos’ session intelligence capabilities. Despite the challenges, our team was able to perform on time and deliver impressive results.
