LETSTOP reached out to us as an early-stage startup for assitance in two intiatives: marketing the product to consumers and creating the app for Android and iOS platforms.
For marketing, we focused on business-to-consumer (B2C) marketing and product development. For app development, we undertook a complex project. The team meticulously crafted the app, backend server, and intricate algorithms essential for tracking driving behavior and rewarding safe practices. One important challenge and solution we developed was for the system to support a large scale while maintaining cost-efficiency and flexibility. Many of the existing solutions require extensive customization, but we chose a architecture that supported the scale and was cost-effective.
Upon its debut, the app garnered thousand of downloads and 10,000 active users. Leading a project of this scope involved implementing robust anti-cheating mechanisms, cybersecurity protocols, and an administrative interface for tracking user behavior patterns. Currently, our platform operates globally supporting close to 100,000 global users across various devices and systems, in a highly scalable and cost effective manner.
